Security that starts at design
The cheapest vulnerability to fix is the one never coded. We run threat modeling workshops using STRIDE or similar methods on your architecture diagrams, identifying trust boundaries, sensitive data flows and abuse cases, then turn the output into concrete requirements and tickets that sit in the same backlog as features. Findings are tracked as engineering tickets with owners and due dates, so security work competes fairly with features and does not disappear into a separate report.
Secure defaults follow: parameterised queries, strict input validation, a sensible authorization model, secrets kept in a vault rather than in environment files, and dependency policies that stop abandoned or vulnerable libraries from entering the build unnoticed. We also look at data classification, so the controls and review effort concentrate on the systems holding customer data, payment details or credentials, and not on every internal tool equally.
