How software and AI help care teams
Interoperability is the foundation. HL7 v2 feeds still drive many hospitals, while FHIR APIs expose modern resources such as patients, observations and appointments. We build integration services that normalize both, with patient matching and visible error queues so failures are caught and corrected, never silently dropped. Where possible we rely on established coding systems such as ICD-10, SNOMED CT and LOINC rather than inventing local mappings that later become a burden.
AI is most defensible as assistive technology: ambient note drafting, coding suggestions, triage questionnaires, summarizing long records and predicting no-shows. Outputs are presented for clinician review rather than auto-applied, and models are evaluated on your own patient population, because performance on public datasets rarely transfers cleanly to a specific hospital or region. This keeps the clinician accountable and keeps the audit trail clear if a suggestion is questioned later.
