Fit check
Is Partnership Program right for you?
An honest view. If another model suits you better, we will tell you on the first call.
A good fit when
You face a technology decision with real money behind it
You lack senior technical leadership in-house
You want an independent view of architecture, cost or vendors
You need a plan your board and engineers can both follow
Think twice when
You already have a settled plan and only need hands
You want slide decks without follow-through
The decision has already been made elsewhere

About Partnership Program
How Partnership Program works in practice
The Speqto partnership program is for agencies, consultants and technology advisers who meet clients needing software engineering that they do not provide themselves. This page describes the two main routes, referral and delivery partnership, what we expect from each side, how clients are protected, and what a good first conversation should cover.
Two ways to partner
Referral partners introduce clients who need engineering and step back, or stay involved as an adviser. We handle scoping and delivery with the client, keep you informed to the extent the client agrees and agree commercial terms with you in writing before any introduction is made. This suits consultants, fractional executives and advisers who prefer not to run delivery. Both routes are flexible.
Delivery partners go further. They stay in front of the client and bring in Speqto engineers for the build, either openly as a named partner or quietly through white-label arrangements. This suits design studios, marketing agencies and systems integrators whose clients ask for software, mobile apps, AI features or blockchain work beyond their own capacity. The common thread is that you remain the trusted adviser to your client.
What we expect and what you can expect
We ask for honesty in both directions: describe client needs accurately, tell us about constraints and politics, and keep to agreed communication channels. In return, expect prompt responses, scoping from working engineers, transparent estimates with assumptions, NDAs on request, full IP assignment to the client or to you, and weekly demos so you always know where a project stands. A partnership works only if both sides can rely on each other under pressure.
Commercial terms are agreed individually and in writing, because every arrangement differs: referral arrangements, resale margins, retainers or revenue sharing. We do not publish commission figures or tiers. We would rather discuss a structure that fits your business than a schedule that suits nobody, and we will say if we think a partnership is not a good fit. Our commitment is a transparent conversation before any paperwork.
Making the first project work
Start with a single engagement of modest size. Define who owns the client relationship, who attends meetings, how changes are approved and what the client is told about who is doing the work. Share the brief with context, including budget expectations and previous vendor experience, so scoping reflects reality. Treat the pilot as a rehearsal for a longer collaboration, and review openly afterwards what went well and what should change before you introduce larger clients to the arrangement.
A short call is enough to begin: tell us about your clients, the work you refer away today and the services you wish you could offer. We will suggest a model, outline how a pilot might run, and be clear about what we can do well, including AI, mobile, web, cloud, fintech and blockchain, and what we would pass to others.

FAQ
Partnership Program FAQs
Straight answers on cost, timelines, IP ownership, team setup and how we work. Cannot find yours? Ask a solutions architect directly.
Agencies, consultants, fractional executives, systems integrators and technology advisers whose clients need software engineering. Fit matters more than company size; we look for aligned values, honest communication and clients we can serve well. Ask us.
How do referral and delivery partnerships differ?
In a referral partnership you introduce a client and we run scoping and delivery. In a delivery partnership you keep the client relationship and bring Speqto engineers into your project, openly or white-label, under terms you control.
How are partners compensated?
Terms are agreed individually and in writing before any introduction, and may take the form of referral arrangements, resale margins or retainers. We do not publish figures, since the right structure depends on your role and the type of work.
Are my clients protected if I introduce them to Speqto?
Yes. We sign NDAs and can agree non-solicitation terms, communicate through channels you approve and treat the client relationship as yours. IP assignment and the practice of weekly demos keep everyone informed and confident in the work.
