Starting from the system you already run
Integration is mostly an exercise in understanding your current software. We map where the work happens, which systems hold the facts, what APIs or exports exist, and where people lose time switching between tools. The best insertion point is usually a place users already visit, like a ticket sidebar or a record page, not a new standalone chat window. Each step is reviewed with your team.
We then choose the pattern that fits: an embedded assistant, a background job that enriches records, a drafting button, or an automated step in a workflow. Older systems without clean APIs may need an integration layer, database views, or robotic process automation as a pragmatic bridge. Mapping those access rules before any build begins is the single biggest protection against accidental leaks.
