• Monday to Friday – Work from Office
• Saturday – Work from Home
• Sunday – Off

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely and professional technical support via calls, emails, and chat.
• Understand user requirements and assist with product or service-related technical queries.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and ensure quick resolution or proper escalation.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, issues, and follow-ups.
• Assist users in resolving software/system-related concerns.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address issues effectively.

Requirements

• Fresher graduates (Any stream – IT/Non-IT welcome).
• Basic understanding of technical concepts (software, systems, troubleshooting).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office tools.
• Good problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
