Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and professional support to clients via calls, emails, and chat.

  • Understand client requirements and assist them with product-related queries.

  • Conduct Tester checks to ensure product and service standards are met.

  • Report bugs, errors, and issues to the development team with proper documentation.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and client satisfaction.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and QA reports.

Requirements

  • Fresher graduates (Any stream – IT/Non-IT welcome).

  • Good communication skills (verbal and written).

  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office tools.

  • Quick learner with attention to detail.

  • Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines.
