About the Role

Speqto is looking for an experienced Lead Generation Specialist to generate quality B2B leads for our IT and software development services.

The candidate should be confident in LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, cold calling, prospect research, and lead qualification.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential B2B clients and decision-makers.
• Build targeted lead lists based on industry, company, location, and business requirements.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold email, and phone calls.
• Create personalized LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns.
• Make follow-ups through LinkedIn, email, and phone.
• Qualify prospects and identify genuine business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate lead and prospect information in CRM.
• Track daily outreach, responses, qualified leads, and meetings generated.
• Continuously improve lead research, targeting, and outreach methods.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in B2B Lead Generation.
• Experience in IT services / software development lead generation preferred.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, email outreach, and cold calling.
• Good knowledge of prospect research and finding decision-makers.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Confident in making cold calls and communicating with international prospects.
• Strong follow-up skills and comfortable with rejection.
• Target-oriented, consistent, and self-motivated.
• Willing to work on-site from Noida Sector 62.
