Job description – 

As a Business Development Fresher, you will be responsible for supporting the business development team in various activities aimed at driving growth and expanding our client base.


Roles and Responsibilities- 

  • Maintaining and developing relationships with new & existing clients.
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Develop a clear understanding of the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives and plan an appropriate approach/pitch.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities through various portals and means 
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales. 
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
  • Job bidding on different govt / non govt portals including getting leads from job portals
  • Targeting LinkedIn and other possible platforms for generating leads.


Qualification & Requirements:

  • Client Acquisition 
  • B2B profile
  • customer support is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Proficiency in English in written and spoken English is a must
  • Market knowledge
  • Communication and negotiation skills(must)
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
  • MBA/BBA/ in marketing, sales, or a relevant field 



  • 5 days working Saturday or Sunday fixed off

  • Flexible working hours
