Job Description – Business Development Executive
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for supporting and driving the business development activities aimed at achieving growth targets and expanding the client base.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Maintaining and developing relationships with new & existing clients.

Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations.

Developing a clear understanding of the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives and planning an appropriate approach/pitch.

Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

Researching organisations and individuals to find new opportunities through various portals and means.

Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
-
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
-
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.

Developing goals for business growth and ensuring they are met.

Job bidding on different government / non-government portals, including lead generation from job portals.

Targeting LinkedIn and other possible platforms for generating leads.
Qualification & Requirements:
-
2–5 years of relevant experience in Business Development / Sales

Client Acquisition
-
B2B profile
-
Customer support experience is a plus
-
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)

Proficiency in written and spoken English is a must

Market knowledge
-
Strong communication and negotiation skills (must)

Ability to build rapport

Time management and planning skills
-
MBA in Marketing, Sales, or a relevant field
